The highly reputed rebel writer in Kannada literature, well known director of quality films in Kannada that have won him awards too Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa has decided to take his ‘Ugragami’ Kannada film that star Kishor as the hero to the people of Karnataka in a unique plan.

While ‘Chitra Samooha’ is concentrating only Bangalore in ‘Chitravarsha’ on Saturday and Sunday the concept of Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa is diversifying. He is taking the film to the door step of the people.

It is ‘Ugragami’ 100 days screening without missing the links starting from Bangalore to Dharwad district. The 100 days ‘Ugragami’ screening inauguration is taking place on 26th of this month at Badami House. Dr Chandrasekhara Kambara will be inaugurating it in the presence of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce President Basanthkumar Patil and Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy Chairman T.S.Nagabharana.

Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa initiated such plan for his earlier film ‘Ekalavya’ in the last year. Now ‘Ugragami’ (terrorist) will travel to Mysore, Chamarajanagar, Tumkur, Chidradurga, Ballari, Raichur, Yadagir, Gulbarga, Bidar, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Belgam, Uttar Kannada, Haveri and Dharwad districts.

After five days screening at Dhrwad the 100 days celebration will be held in the same place.

Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa has written the story, screenplay and dialogues besides directing the film ‘Ugragami’. Hulimavu Ramachandra is the producer of this off beat film.

Kishor, Neethu, Ninasam Ashwath, Karibasavaiah, Radha Ramachandra, Vatsala Mohan, Hemasri and others are in the cast. Nagaraj Adwani is the cameraman and Suresh Urs has done the editing.
